So the first thing that came to my mind when I discovered LibraryThing is that some people really have too much time on their hands. Of course, I thought of lots of ways that the site could be useful, mostly personal, but once again it would take time and I don’t have much these days. I like to read which is more than I would say when I was younger. I tend to read more in the summer by the pool or beach. I am not one that reads at night because when my head hits the pillow I am asleep. I was in a book club which ‘made’ me read at least one book a month and it was nice because we would read from all different genres. LibraryThing would have been great for book club because you could use tags and search different genres. Or many times we would talk about liking an author but needed to find out what other books he/she wrote. Also it is great to read what other people think about a certain book. There are lots of people that like to tell other people what they think especially people that are passionate about reading. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with that it is just not my ‘thing’.
